With just about every organization and school, both public and private, in need of funds, the request for donations keeps growing each year. While we can’t honor every request, we are happy to support the causes of our regular customers. In the past we have always donated merchandise ranging from $50 to $500 in value, and frankly we are never sure that each organization receives the true worth of the items donated. For 2008 we are changing the way we handle donations to increase the funds received by the organization and to raise the exposure to our business. Beginning February 1st we will offer your organization the opportunity to raise more monies by hosting themed parties for children ages 3 to 8.
Here’s how it works:
Your organization selects a date and time for a party, which is approximately 90 minutes of FUN at Fundamentally Toys. You can choose from a variety of themes (see Birthday Celebration section on web site). At your event you post a sign up sheet announcing the party details and charge each attendee a fee. The suggested fee is $25.00 per child with a 10 child minimum. We can handle up to 16 children per party. You must have at least 10 children sign up for us to host the event. We will provide games, activities, light refreshments and giveaways. In 2008 we will host up to 12 FUN-Raising parties; and give priority to our most loyal customers.

Don’t have the time, energy, or the creativity to host a fabulous birthday party for your little one? Let us host your child’s next birthday celebration. We are now offering themed parties for children ages 3 to 8. We can accommodate up to 16 children, with a 6 child minimum. Each event will include invitations, birthday registry, decorations, activities, games, favors, birthday cupcakes, drinks and a party host or hostess. We will transform our book area into a private party room, just for you and your guests. The base fee for a party is $250 for 10 children, with a $10 per child charge for additional children (up to 16 children total). Party games, activities and favors will be geared to the average age of attendees. Please book parties 4 to 6 weeks in advance of date.
