We expect our customers to be 100% happy with the products we sell. However, we understand there may be times when you wish to return or exchange an item.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly take back items that are new and unused. Items must be in original and perfect condition with all components accounted for. All tags must be attached, books may not be creased, and all items must be clean with no sign of use or wear.
With a receipt or proof of purchase in our system, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid and according to how you paid - debit or credit card or cash.
Without a receipt or proof of purchase in our system, we will make an exchange.
For returns with a gift receipt, only a store credit or exchange will be offered.
We are unable to take back items that are old and no longer exist in our system.
If your child has already opened and played with a purchase and is not delighted, you may return the item for a store credit or an exchange within 30 days. The item must be in “as-new” condition with all the pieces included.

Online shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days and with proof of purchase, we will offer a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns that are damaged due to mishandling during play.
